One of the guys I dated briefly in Berlin seems to have found himself a little family, in the short time we've stopped seeing each other.
He has given me some wonderful memories, but not unlike the many others whom I have kissed. Each of them are so very special to me. We weren't meant for each other, none of us were. And that always came to me as an afterthought, except this one. I knew back then we weren't meant for each other. It was an almost, almost painless separation. And thank God for the expensive Deutsche Bahn fair, crappy T-mobile internet connection and being denied a mobile phone contract as a foreigner, I could not as much as put up a fight for this one.

When I saw him in a photo taken with his Brazilian girlfriends and her two young daughters, all hugging and smiling, I felt that I have never made better decisions in my life that made me sadder.
Oh yes I did. But that was another story.
And boy, do I have stories.
